Artistic Voice & Oil Pastel Bits & Pieces

Years ago I discovered a method of using oil pastels to reveal very useful information about my artistic voice. And I’ve found it’s a practice that can work for any artist. But the Holbein oil pastels best for this practice are expensive! In this video, I show how to use even the tiniest bits and pieces of the Holbeins to help you excavate elements of your visual language - and even create intriguing smaller pieces of work. It’s a fun, fascinating and expeditious way to dig deeper and learn more about what your authentic self wants to express.
