Exploring & Decompressing with Oil Sticks

I was having quite a day, so I broke away to play in the studio to clear my head and ground myself. My kind of therapy! Oil sticks, which I knew as oil bars years ago, have come back into my life thanks to a client and, in this video, I show you how I work with them. Now I think they’re great. Do you use these as part of your practice and, if so, what do you think?
